Use of Jerusalem artichoke (topinambur) as a means for carbon sequestration
Rsearchers found that Jerusalem artichokes (JA) sequester more carbon than a forest. JA's are a very high yielding, delicious and extremely healthy.
Once sufficient data is collected, JA's could be utilised in future agricultural policy measures.
